Chair Exercises, Nordic Walking, & Mah-jong
Mondays
All-Day
Start the day with chair exercise at 10am. Then take a leisurely stroll with our Nordic Walking group sponsored by our community partner HomeCare West. This program is instructed by a certified professional and walking poles are provided. Refreshments are served after the walk. Finish off the day with this lively and memory-enhancing, stimulating game of Mahjong. Instruction is provided for all levels of play. Afternoon refreshments are served.
Also join us for Music Conversation – a delightful musical program provided by local musicians. This is a FREE program for all our members.

Fitness and Games
Wednesday
All-Day
Fitness begins our day. This class uses weights and tension bands to increase bone density and flexibility. Each class is run by a professional fitness instructor with many years of experience. Please call our office to pre-register. Join us for a healthy lunch, followed by a variety of board games, starting with Scrabble. All levels of play welcome! Tea and goodies are served afterwards.
Variety Day
Thursdays
Each Thursday has a variety of programs like Movie & Pizza, British High Tea, TED Talks, Bus Trips to many different places in the Lower mainland. Please call the Centre for more information and to register.
Chair Yoga & Support
Fridays
Join us for professional Yoga instruction with our Chair Yoga. Our instructor guides you through a seated program designed with your fitness needs in mind.
Iranian Seniors Group 1:00 – Come and join the ladies for a fun 4 hours of entertainment and friendship.
